In my opinion, organizations need to embrace the notion that during periods of change it is critical to ensure that policies and procedures are in place to identify individuals contaminated with “Respectless Uneducated Delinquent Etiquette (RUDE) Syndrome” as a by product of significant change. It is important for organizations to acknowledge that during periods of change, the greatest risk to successful change is posed by contamination of the mass with “Respectless Uneducated Delinquent Etiquette (RUDE) Syndrome” as opposed to a “Peaceful Open Likeable Intelligent Tolerant Etiquette (POLITE) Syndrome”. In this New World Order where there are persistent changes, be it through mergers and acquisitions or restructurings and reorganizations, the only constant which is assured over time is that of change. In order to be able to compete in this New World Order, there is one of two generic techniques. The first technique which I refer to as “Respectless Uneducated Delinquent Etiquette (RUDE) Syndrome” is predicated on the notion that when one feels threatened, in either fact or appearance, of losing their job, their home, their family, their wealth or any other “Raison D’être”, one’s innate savage survival instincts tend to kick in, whereby one becomes frustrated with the change, to the point that one can start to behave like a wild monkey in the jungle creating nonsense with no respect for anyone other than “Me, Myself and I” like an uneducated delinquent with zero etiquette. For example, if one feels uncomfortable with the Change Leader because the proposed changes are contrary to one’s personal preferences, one may commence to disrespect the leader by utilizing uneducated tactics such as defamation, slander or political character assassination. Taking this example one step further, one may create or join a “Click” inside in order to take their uneducated tactics one step further by generating propaganda in mass when in actuality it is the “Propagandators” who are covering and protecting their respective ass. Taking this example to the extreme, one may join a “Mob” outside in order to reinforce the defamation, slander or political character assassination in force. However, after multiple attempts of respectless uneducated delinquent attacks, the “Propagandators” will have cried wolf one too many times after which the truth will be set free, and everyone shall see, that the “Propagandators” breath is centered on internal issues with their own mental health. As is evident from my Hyperboles above, this type of approach is destructive, counterproductive and chaotic by its nature. For the record, Hyperbole is defined as the use of exaggerationas a rhetorical device or figure of speech. It may be used to evoke strong feelings or to create a strong impression, but is not meant to be taken literally. Now I would like to focus on the second technique which I refer to as “Peaceful Open Likeable Intelligent Tolerant Etiquette (POLITE) Syndrome” whereby one does not need to revert to a barbaric “Respectless Uneducated Delinquent Etiquette (RUDE) Syndrome” approach because one has peaceful spirit of mind, which is open to friendly debate, and thus creates a mixture of intelligence and tolerance which is likeable by the human race.

In summary, I refer to “Change Management Gangnam Ivan Style” as the belief that Hyperboles best illustrate that “Respectless Uneducated Delinquent Etiquette (RUDE) Syndrome” requires a “Peaceful Open Likeable Intelligent Tolerant Etiquette (POLITE)” leader who will ultimately create a mixture of intelligence and tolerance which is likeable by the human race.

Today I would like to deviate from my more recent blogs on Syria, Israel, Palestine, Egypt, Iran, Russia, Ukraine and Venezuela and continue with my homeland of Croatia in order to highlight a recent injustice committed by the FIFA against Josip Simunic who is one of our superstars on our Croatian National Soccer Team. In my opinion, there are no merits to FIFA’s ten-match suspension on Josip Simunic to be served during the final competition of the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil because this FIFA ruling was based on “the ZDS salute was also used during World War II by the Ustase movement”. The Croatian National Guard Veteran’s Association has sent the FIFA a formal letter providing clear evidence that our sacred Croatian expression was used way before the Ustase movement which commenced on August 8, 1929 after the assassination of a prominent Croatian politician named Stjepan Radic. Furthermore, the Ustase had used a modified version of this expression which was “Za Dom I Poglavnika Spremni” which translates to “Ready For Our Headman and Homeland”. The FIFA completely ignored the fact that this salute was not created nor owned by the Ustase movement such that the FIFA cannot take away an ancient Croatian expression merely because one group chose to also use a modified version of this expression. “Za Dom Spremni (ZDS)” which translates to “Ready For Our Homeland” has often been misinterpreted by the foreign world due to propaganda twisting, turning and manipulating of this expression from sacred religious connotations to Extremism, Fascism, Nazism, Racism, Terrorism and so forth and so on. Therefore, the FIFA has decided to elaborate on its verdict with more absurdity in order to support its initial position which was without merit with further support of its initial position with even less merit. As per my last Blog, with the aid of a formal letter by a reputed Croatian scholar, our prominent academia have clarified the FIFA elaboration with a simple analogy of the absurdity as follows, “The statements by truthfulness would be like saying that the Croats and its armies during World War II invaded the planet Mars.” Given that we are currently in a state of debate, centered on argumentation which is an offshoot of one’s respective upbringing, I would like to focus on the underlying problem once again, which is two schools of thought which have generated centuries of bouts. First and foremost, the Old School Traditional Croatians, whom Josip Simunic is a proud part of, were brought up pure Old School Traditional Croatian style such that we never succumbed to the Old School Yugoslavian/ Communist brainwashing regime. Second, our opposition, the Old School Yugoslavian/ Communist dominant personal, financial and political interests have created over the centuries, their own identity, which is very different from pure Old School Traditional Croatian style. Third, as part of the Old School Yugoslavian/ Communist brainwashing creation of a “Yugoslav”, all Old School Traditional Croatian culture, history, race, religion and expressions such as “Za Dom Spremni” were demonized, ostracized and bastardized in an attempt to eliminate the notion of a “Croatian” and replace it with the notion of a “Yugoslav”. In today’s Croatia, the skin of the dominant personal, financial and political interests, which I refer to as the Old School Yugoslav/ Communist regime, may have changed, but the underlying demonization, ostracization and bastardization of the Old School Traditional Croatians has remained the same. The key point to note is that Josip Simunic used the sacred Old School Traditional Croatian expression of “Za Dom Spremni” in the positive context of a celebratory chant while the Old School Yugoslav/ Communists converted this simple gesture into some sort of insane defamatory rant. For the Icelandic fans who participated at this famous match, they simply thought that “Za Dom Spremni” was the Croatian version of “Hip Hip Hooray” before the Old School Yugoslav/ Communists created this artificial hate propaganda campaign.

In summary, I refer to “World Peace Lennon Ivan Za Dom Spremni (ZDS) Style – Part XXXXXXXI” as the belief that Iceland thought “Za Dom Spremni” was the Croatian version of “Hip Hip Hooray” before the Old School Yugoslav/ Communists created this artificial hate propaganda campaign.

First, the FIFA has clearly accepted the position of our opposition whom I refer to as the Old School Yugoslavians because they have, since 1940, and continue to have today, the personal, financial and political interests to have their side of the story accepted as the truth as history is always written by the dominant side while only God writes the “Truth”. Second, for such differences of opinion, as in this case, the facts and circumstances can be interpreted either way, depending on perspective, such that there is no clear and simple right or wrong answer, but rather there is only a significant difference of opinion. Third, the new rules of the game under the New World Order are all about ignoring the pure “Truth”, which I refer to as “God’s Truth”, which has become irrelevant, in order to focus on twisting and turning the facts and circumstances in the favor of one’s personal, financial and political interests. Therefore, in my opinion, in this circumstance, the FIFA has clearly exceeded its power of authority by casting judgment against Josip Simunic for a significant difference of opinion which has been outstanding for centuries. However, for the Old School Traditional Croatians, we have limited means to get the world to see that Josip Simunic is being crucified as a sacrificial lamb in order to satisfy the dominant hands. Albeit, let it be known that we will never succumb to the dominant personal, financial and political interests whose only desire is to continue to treat us Old School Traditional Croatians like trailer park trash scum, for refusing to bow to their money and power, as we only bow to God up above, and we will never bow to the “Golden Calf” regardless of their wrath.

In summary, I refer to “World Peace Lennon Ivan Za Dom Spremni (ZDS) Style – Part XXXXXXX” as the belief that refusing to bow to the “Golden Calf” triggers the dominant personal, financial and political interest wrath.

Thus, I have attached a formal letter by a reputed Croatian scholar which clarifies any and all misunderstandings of the FIFA with its latest verdict whereby our prominent academia have clarified the FIFA elaboration with a simple analogy of the absurdity, “The statements by truthfulness would be like saying that the Croats and its armies during World War II invaded the planet Mars.” Although this letter has been written in Croatian, I have translated it to English, to the best of my abilities, in case the FIFA does not have a Croatian translator on its staff in order to ensure that there are no further misunderstandings, miscommunications and/ or misinterpretations. In my opinion, any and all Parties who are opposed to our ZDS salute do not fully comprehend our Croatian history, culture or religion such that they are opposed to an expression which has no negative connotations against any other nation, race, religion or culture but only positive connotations in honor of Croatia and our Croatian Queen, the Blessed Virgin Mary and Mother of God. At this stage, it is clear to me that the FIFA wants to make a martyr out of Josip Simunic and his loyal old school traditional Croatian supporters such that for every action, there will be a reaction, in order to ensure that the FIFA verdict stands. In my opinion, this situation is no different than our entire history of existence whereby the old school traditional Croatians will not be silenced, will not be intimidated, will not be bullied, will not be degraded, will not be defecated and will not be defamated by the FIFA and its old school Yugoslavian allies behind this politically driven masquerade, scerade and crazy manipulation game.

As I have attempted to illustrate above, there were predisposed biases against the expression, “Za Dom Spremni (ZDS)” which only has biblical, spiritual and religious connotations which creates positive motivational, spiritual and patriotic drives and none of the propaganda crimes presented at the FIFA. In my opinion, this clearly demonstrates that the FIFA is a biased organization against true patriotic Croatians because the true patriotic Croatians do not have any personal, financial or political interests with the FIFA to have our side of the story heard.

In summary, I refer to “World Peace Lennon Ivan Za Dom Spremni (ZDS) Style – Part XXXXXXIX” as the belief that when money and power cast guilty verdict before trial, guilty verdict will be upheld with no holds barred by the maliciously vial.

FIFA i kontinuitet bezočne agresije laži na Hrvatsku

Obrazloženje drugostepene presuda FIFE donesene po žalbi Joe Šimunića (zbog njegovog poznatog usklika -  Za dom ...!) je jedna bezočna agresija laži na cjelokupni hrvatski nacionalni corpus kojom se hrvatski narod proglašava najgenocidnijim narodom u povijesti svijeta. Riječ je o toliko lažnoj tvrdnji koja je proizišla iz dugogodišnje sveopoće komunističke industrije laži o Hrvatima,  a FIFA  na nju nasjela, pa se dovodi u pitanje i sam moralni autoritet te visoke svjetske nogometme institucije.

Tvrditi da su Hrvati bili samo manjina u Hrvatskoj (NDH) u vrijeme Drugog svjetskog rata, i da su kao manjina poklali nekoliko milijuna Židova i Srba, je toliko apsurdna i povijesno neistinita da predstavlja svjetsku sramotu institucije koja ju je ugradila u svoj službeni dokument. Ta tvrdnja po istinoljubivosti  bila bi jednaka tvrdnji da su Hrvati za vrijeme Drugog svjetskog rata sa svojom vojskom  okupirali  planet Mars.

No, ne zaprepašćuje samo ta suluda tvrdnja FIFE već još više zaprepašćuje šutnja Hrvatskog nogometnog saveza, a nadasve šutnja visokih institucija hrvatske države. Na to suludo obrazloženje presude pa je trebao trenutno reagirati predsjednik Republike Hrvatske,  Predsjednik vlade, Ministar vanjskih poslova, pa i Predsjednik Sabora RH s cijelim Saborom, a posebno i Hrvatska akademija znanosti i umjetnosti.  Jer -  Qui tacet consentire videtur. (Koji šuti smatra se da pristaje). O toj genocidnoj laži na Hrvatsku trebalo je izvijestiti i tijela Ujedinjenih nacija.

Dovoljno je samo pogledati službene statističke podatke iz tog vremena, pa će se lako utvrditi da su u ukupnom broju stanovnika u NDH više od  dvotrećinske većine stanovništva činili Hrvati, i da su za vrijeme Drugog svjetskog rata i poraća – daleko najveće demografske gubitke imali upravo Hrvati, kako u ukupnom broju tako i u postotku.

Ovime izjavljujemo najoštriji prosvijed FIFI, zbog počinjenog moralnog crimena protiv Hrvata i Republike Hrvatske a pozivamo i na moralnu odgovornost visoke hrvatske političe dužnosnike, državne i znanstvene institucije zbog  nebrige za dostojanstvo, čast i istinu o hrvatskom narodu i Republici Hrvatskoj

FIFA and Continuous Shameless Aggression Lies on Croatia

Explanation of second instance verdict rendered by the FIFA Appeal on Joe Simunic (famous for his exclamation - For Our Homeland...!) is a shameless aggression of lies on the entire Croatian national corpus as the Croatian national corpus proclaims that the Croatian people are in actual fact the most Genocized people in the history of the world. The second instance verdict is based on so many false allegations that stem from a long dominance of the Communist industry lies about Croats which the FIFA so chooses to believe, so that the second instance verdict brings into question the moral authority and high world order of the soccer institution.

To claim that the Croats were only a minority in Croatia (NDH) during World War II, and that as a minority slaughtered millions of Jews and Serbs, is so absurd and historically false so as to warrant global shameupon the soccer institution that it has incorporated such absurdity into its official documents. This statement by truthfulness would be like saying that the Croats and its armies during World War II invaded the planet Mars.

But not only is this amazing crazy assertion by the FIFA shocking but even more shocking is the silence of the Croatian Football Federation, and above all else, the silence of senior institutions of the Croatian state. In regards to this crazy reasoned judgment, there should currently be a response from the Croatian President, Prime Minister, Foreign Minister, and the President of the Parliament of the Republic of Croatia with the whole Parliament, and in particular the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts. Because – “Qui tacet consentir videtur” (Who is silent is considered to agree). In regards to the genocidal lies about Croatia, someone needs to inform the authorities and the United Nations.

It is enough evidence to discredit the second instance verdict on Joe Simunic by merely looking at the official statistics of the time, whereby it is easy to demonstrate that the total population of Croatia (NDH) during World War II were more than two-thirds a majority population made ​​up of Croats, and that during World War II and the postwar period, by far, the Croats were the largest group suffering demographic losses both in total number and in percentage.

We therefore hereby declare the sharpest protest against the FIFA for committing moral crimes against Croats and the Croatian population with its second instance verdict on Joe Simunic and we thus invite the moral responsibility of high officials of Croatian politics, government and research institutions to review this absurd FIFA ruling due to the negligence of dignity, honor and truth about the Croatian people and the Republic of Croatia as evidenced by this absurd second instance verdict.
